Full Automatic Terminal Crimping Machine (Single End/Soldering)

This is standard machine by computer control from touch panel such as wire measuring, cutting, auto-blade depth adjustment, strip length and flux, soldering length. Non-contact type strip-miss and crimping-miss sensor are installed as standard.
Non-contact strip-miss sensor makes crimping stable more than present machine. Strip chip vacuum system makes a workshop clean. Wide range wire processing and harness available.

Full Automatic Terminal Crimping Machine (Both Ends/Soldering)

JN01S-CH is a both ends crimping, single end soldering machine.
This machine performs both ends crimping at a rate of 0.85 sec/pc with high reliability. Minimum wire cutting length 35mm available (AS42 type applicator required). Centering structure makes spring nozzle unnecessary. (Spring nozzle used for FX-FX30).
