The JN01S was developed to maximize production and reflects a 15% increase in speed over the JN01 (0.85 sec/pc; min. wire length). Enhancements throughout the JN01S, including strengthening structures in the wire holding and wire transfer positions provide increased dependability and reduced down time. The centering structure makes spring nozzles unnecessary. Increased crimping stability through a wire falling device with a standard min. wire cutting length of 35mm is available (AS43 type applicator required).
